1) IN THE EVENT OF RETURN OF MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND, CUSTOMER MUST NOTIFY MINUS
THE ILLUSION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT BY EMAIL. CUSTOMER ASSUMES
RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. TRACKING IS RECOMMENDED. PRODUCT
MUST ALSO BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR
REFUND.
UPON RECEIPT OF RETURN, AND APPROVAL, REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO CUSTOMER
WITHIN 3-5 DAYS. NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO CUSTOMER, REGARDING RECEIPT
OF MERCHANDISE AND APPROVAL OF RETURN VIA EMAIL.
2) IN THE EVENT OF DESIRED EXCHANGE, VIA EMAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF

OF STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE, CUSTOMER MAY OPT FOR REFUND, STORE CREDIT OR
PRE-ORDER (BASED ON DISCLOSED SCHEDULING).
